Cold Spring Harbor, NY

After touring several locations in Cold Spring Harbour area, the owner found the perfect location. Only issue was that the building was an historic one, over 70 years old and in need of complete renovation. A preliminary inspection of this 5,000 sq. ft. building revealed many design deficiencies from previous tenant improvements that would need to be overcome in order to convert it into a fine dining establishment. The building was completely gutted and then a complete renovation was commenced. All new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems were installed along with new finishes. Also installed were state-of-the-art kitchen exhaust systems and grease-traps. This was all completed keeping the historical aesthetics intact which added to the initial warmth and charm of the location.
