FORTUNOFF CLEARANCE CENTER

Fortunoff needed a place to house their clearance center. Location was an important concern, Fortunoff wanted to provide easy access to their customers. A vacant warehouse, already owned by the company, located just down the road from the main store offered the perfect solution.

Construction required that all of the existing finishes in the warehouse be demolished, and the floors be leveled out. New structural openings had to be cut out to allow for the automatic doors. The project had to be completed quickly and required round the clock construction.

The building was designed and constructed with the customer in mind. The layout was arranged with efficiency in mind, making it as easy and hassle free as possible for the customers to get in, find what they need, and get out, while enjoying a pleasant shopping environment. Some of the features of the facility include exposed steel that was painted black, giving the space a high tech, industrial look. American Graffiti paint was used on the interior, using several different colors gave the walls a very unique look.
