Our History

Axis Construction was founded more than 25 years ago by Ralph Lambert, Robert Wihlborg and Roy Lambert with the initial goal of providing superior general construction to a broad range of customers.

Within four years, the company expanded to include construction management services and a new division, Axis Medical Imaging Construction, which specializes in the design and building of medical construction projects, including diagnostic imaging and radiology facilities. Over 20 years ago, Axis further expanded to include Modular Systems to accommodate our clients in the educational, commercial/industrial, and healthcare industries that require modular construction. More recently, we reached a milestone and developed a “green” construction group with LEED accredited professionals on staff.
