Axis Awarded Design-Build Contract for Modular Bleacher Locker Room at LIU Post’s Shark Stadium
The Modular Division of Axis Construction has been awarded the design-build contract for the Bleacher Locker Room Modular Construction Project at Long Island University Post, located within Shark Stadium. The project consists of a 2,600-square-foot modular locker room facility designed to enhance athletic operations and improve the student-athlete experience at the university
Axis Completes Module Installation for Beth Israel-Milton ER Expansion
The Modular Division of Axis Construction completed installation of the Emergency Department modular expansion at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton. The install delivered a dried-in structure in just days, avoiding the negative impacts of the record-breaking snow and cold that has blanketed the entire Northeast.

The Lopez Playground Modular Comfort Station—delivered by Axis Modular Systems—is an AIANY Design Awards 2026 winner. New York's chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) chose the project designed by 1100 Architect as a winner in the Government category.
