Fast tracked renovation of existing patient unit floor to create executive, hospitality VIP Suites. Renovation included upgrades to existing infrastructure (Electrical, mechanical, plumbing and medical gas distribution), new porcelain tile floors, warm wood finishes, complete gut and rebuild bathrooms and showers with enlarged spaces, waterfall and body showerheads, radiant heat panels and new ceramic tile installation.

Rooms included upgraded AV systems and motorized shading devices. Rooms were outfitted to allow flexibility for large suites requirements, as well as individual rooms through the use of sliding partitions.

The project also included upgrades to existing labor and delivery rooms including upgraded headwalls and new ceiling mounted exam lighting.

Project was extremely fast tracked, constructed within and adjacent to fully functioning, active patient care units.
